Video/Action for Violet City

[Today, Papyrus has found a few cinder blocks, and has made himself a makeshift podium. People go about their days around him, but it doesn't seem to be bothering him that much.]

CITIZENS OF VIOLET CITY! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, IMPLORE YOU ALL TO GAZE UPON AND ADORE THE NEWEST ADDITION TO MY SUPER TEAM OF SUPER MONSTERS!

[He holds up a Shinx, ala Lion King. The Shinx itself doesn't seem to mind, having a bit of a derpy expression on it's face.]

BEHOLD! I PRESENT TO YOU ALL, THE GREAT LUMINARI! ONCE HE'S COMPLETED HIS INITIAL TRAINING, THE VIOLET CITY GYM BADGE WILL BE OURS! THEN! NOTHING WILL BE STOPPING ME FROM COLLECTING THE AZALEA CITY GYM BADGE! AND THEN THE GOLDENROD CITY GYM BADGE! NYEH-HEH-HEH! THIS GYM CHALLENGE OF THIS LAND WILL STAND NO MATCH BEFORE THE MIGHTY PAPYRUS AND HIS LOYAL UNDERLINGS! RELAX WHILE YOU CAN, GYM LEADERS!
